• Is it safe to use my credit card at minimegeology.com?
  Yes! We use both a merchant account to process Visa and Mastercard orders and PayPal to securely perform all of our credit card transactions. Our merchant account bank uses secure payment procedures to ensure that your online payment is as safe as possible. PayPal is also a widely known, trusted company for on-line payments.
• I want to use a check or money order to place my order. How do I do this?
  Once you have chosen your items, print out your shopping cart and mail it to us along with your payment.
• Do you keep my personal information safe?
  Yes! Please see our privacy policy for more information. We take information privacy seriously as we have ourselves been victim of identity theft. We will do everything possible to ensure that your private information is kept that way.
• Do you ship overseas?
  We currently ship to the continental United States and Alaska and Hawaii only. We regret that we are unable to ship to foreign countries, APO and FPO addresses at this time.
• Do you accept wholesale orders?
  Yes. Please fill out our vendor request form at the “Wholesale” link and we will be happy to provide you with our catalog.
• Are all of your rocks natural?
  Yes, all of our rocks, minerals, and fossils are from reputable mining companies and distributors. Our in-house geologists ensure that all of our samples exhibit the best qualities of each sample type.
• I have questions about my samples. Can you help?
  Yes, Mini Me Geology is owned by a professional geologist, who loves to talk about rocks and minerals. If you have questions about your samples, or anything geology related, please contact us.
• I purchased a kit with a CD but my computer does not have a drive. What do I do?
  If you have a computer without a drive, or you simply cannot open the CD's files for any reason, please contact us with your order information. We have download links for all of our eBooks and will send you the link to your kit.
