Description
Fluorite octahedrons form along cleavage planes in the mineral crystal. Fluorite can form in many colors such as purple to green to clear. Each fluorite octahedron may be one or more of these colors. Fluorite is a moderately soft mineral with a white streak and glassy luster.
An information card with details on the mineral formation, characteristics, and uses is included. These octahedron crystals are up to 0.5 inch in length from tip to tip.
